Our Luxury Garden Villas are perfect for couples, families and nature lovers.
Positioned behind our Beachfront Villas with wonderful partial ocean views, they have been cleverly designed to maximise farm and bushland views on each side of the property. Only a one-minute walk down the driveway will take you to a secluded part of Apollo Bay beach.
These popular villas are just as luxurious as our Beachfront Villas.

You’ll be absolutely swept away by the villa’s beautiful spa room. Your double spa bath is located at the far end of the villa for privacy and magic views. You can even open the spa room’s bi-fold doors and feel at one with the outdoors while you soak in a warm bath.
Afterwards, relax on the front deck’s sun loungers while yellow-tailed black cockatoos play in the trees around you. Or pass the time swinging gently on a timber swing to the sound of waves, while watching sheep graze in the neighbouring paddock.
During the winter months, cosy up in front of the wood-fireplace. The interior design gives you the best of both worlds – protection from the elements, nature views and crackling warmth from the fire.

The main bedroom of our Luxury Villas has a sublime king size bed made up with luxurious linens. You’ll be resting on a seriously high-quality eco-mattress made locally in Melbourne.
This room also has its own ensuite bathroom complete with fluffy bath towels and mindfully selected amenities. One of our Luxury Villas is wheel-chair accessible, with a ramp to the front door and an wheelchair friendly ensuite in the second bedroom.
If you’re travelling as a family, the second bedroom can be set up either as a king bed or as two single beds. All you need to do is let us know in advance which setting you prefer.
The second bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, so if you’re travelling with friends everyone has their own private space.

Your Luxury Villa kitchen is fully equipped to create your own home cooked meals. For coffee lovers we’ve made sure there’s a Nespresso Coffee Machine with a milk frother ready for your morning brew. Premium compostable coffee pods are included in your breakfast hamper.

All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, with Foxtel, Netflix and all your popular streaming services. The villas are all equipped with WiFi, however please be mindful that being a regional location, we don’t have NBN connection available.
